6th grade students studied artist Keith Haring (http://www.haring.com) and the concepts related to the Pillars of Character Counts in order to create their own mural. Students first traced themselves in a pose and then painted these figures using primary and secondary colors with the addition of black outlines. Once the figures were cut out, students places their figures in rainbow order on a wall to create a Character Counts mural.
